The Audeze CRBN2 represents a leap forward in electrostatic headphone technology, incorporating the new Symmetric Linear Acoustic Modulator (SLAM) technology.
This innovation enhances bass response and sound transparency, delivering a deeply immersive listening experience. At the heart of the CRBN2 is the second-generation carbon-nanotube electrostatic driver, engineered by Audeze to produce lifelike bass and crystal-clear sound with minimal distortion.
The CRBN2 design also delivers improved comfort and luxury. Hand-assembled in California, the headphones feature plush leather ear pads and a suspension headband for extended wear.
Weighing just 480 grams and free of heavy magnets, they ensure long-lasting comfort, ideal for audiophiles who indulge in hours of listening. These headphones also maintain compatibility with all 580-volt bias electrostatic amplifiers (STAX etc), making them versatile for various high-end setups.
Originally developed for MRI machines, Audeze carbon-nanotube technology was born from a collaboration with UCLA.
