Taking vinyl replay beyond what’s possible in this turntable class, the MG-1 Magic Groove record player includes critical design elements of the SG-1 model.

The precision main bearing & platter assembly, plus the belt-driven SG-1 motor system ensures smoothest running and provides a stable platform for tonearm and cartridge. This combination provides an exceptionally wide dynamic range with a "dark" background.

A superlative design, Record Player MG-1 Magic Groove offers fabulous performance that’s bettered only by Vertere’s RG-1 Reference Groove and SG-1 Standard Groove models. As with all Vertere turntables, every individual part is custom built, and has been created using the optimum materials and highest precision standards.

MG-1 is a perfect match for Vertere’s SG-1 Tonearm (supplied), is superbly built and a real delight to use. MG-1 plays music with the intended emotion and real dynamics in a home environment, and provides an ideal flexible platform for upgrading the tonearm, cabling and cartridge, whenever the time is right to do so.

The quality of the cable connecting the drive motor to the turntable has a huge impact on performance. MG-1 Magic Groove is supplied with the Vertere Tempo Motor Link cable as standard, on all finishes.

MG-1 Magic Groove also comes supplied with the Vertere Super Groove Tonearm and Vertere Redline Tonearm Cable as standard, on all finishes.

Colour/Finish Options

MG-1 Magic Groove is available in one standard & three special colour/finish options:

• Clear Acrylic (Standard Finish)
• Metallic Black (Special Finish)
• Pearlescent White (Special Finish)
• Champagne (Special Finish)

The lustrous Metallic Black, Pearlescent White, and Champagne finishes are available at a premium as the alternative finish to the original clear acrylic version.
