Description
Cornwall IV
The latest iteration of a truly iconic loudspeaker. The Klipsch Cornwall IV will fill your room with crystal-clear sound, right down to the most minute detail.
A traditionally styled three-way loudspeaker, incorporating an all new K-702 midrange compression driver, with polyimide diaphragm for exceptional detail and dynamics.
Cornwall IV has been completely re-voiced from its predecessor, utilising premium components in an all-new high-fidelity network.
This has minimised electrical degradation throughout the circuitry, for truer-to-life sound with best-in-class efficiency and power handling, plus this new network draws from the classic three-way steep slope design of the legendary Klipschorn, La Scala and Cornwall speakers.
The K-702 midrange is mated to a modified Tractrix horn, featuring Klipsch patented Mumps technology for even polar response of mid frequencies, giving you more consistent sound throughout the listening area.
Also featuring a titanium diaphragm compression driver for crystal clear highs and a huge 15-inch woofer for deep low-end response.
Strong, versatile and quality binding posts provide the capability for bi-wiring or bi-amping, while Audioquest Type 4 with Star-Quad Geometry internal wiring featuring carbon-loaded insulation, nitrogen-injected PE and solid long-grain copper conductors is used inside. These features together ensure the purest signal transfer from input, to crossover network, to drivers.
Made In USA
Klipsch has always recognised the unique and critical role of a loudspeaker’s cabinet in the sound reproduction process. From the craftsmen in Hope, AR, to the engineers in Indianapolis, IN, Klipsch have always put an extraordinary emphasis on cabinet design.
Every pair of Heritage series loudspeakers is also grain-matched, using wood veneer panels that come from the same timber. The speakers then move seamlessly together through the factory, and each finished product is inspected and labelled with sequential serial numbers for perfectly matched pairs.
