M6s PRE by Musical Fidelity is a high-specification, precision preamplifier featuring an array of inputs suited to both traditional and modern music sources. It has an MM/MC phono stage, two balanced inputs, three line-level connections, a fully configured tape in/out loop and a digital USB socket.

Home theatre bypass options are included on both balanced and line-level inputs, for added flexibility in a range of environments.

The M6s PRE stands out as a fully balanced pre-amplifier from beginning to end. Many pre-amps claim to be balanced but in fact are single-ended preamps with balanced inputs and balanced outputs. However, the M6s is the real deal.

The pure Class-A amplification circuitry with Surface Mount Devices (SMD) produces very low distortion, minimal phase shift, low noise and excellent linearity. Similarly, the low impedance output stages (both single-ended and full balanced) will drive any power amp through any conceivable length of cable, for absolute reliability in performance.
